Refund Policy

Last updated 28 September 2026. What to expect if something is wrong with an ebook or a print book you bought. Every request is reviewed by a real person; email support@booksoasis.com and we will put it right.

Ebooks

Because an ebook is delivered instantly, purchases are generally final once the book has been opened in Oasis Reader. If the book won't open, is incomplete or does not match the listing, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you, whichever solves the problem. Refunds are added to your BooksOasis wallet and come off your next order automatically.

Print books

Print books are made to order, so an order can't be canceled once printing has started. If we can still stop it before printing, we will refund you in full, shipping included.

If your copy arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a free reprint or a refund. If a parcel is lost, contact us and we will trace it with our print partner and put it right.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid as BooksOasis store credit, added to your wallet as soon as your refund is approved. There is no wait for a bank. We email you to confirm the amount.

  • Your store credit comes off your next order automatically, and if it covers the whole order you won't need to pay anything.
  • You can see your balance and every credit under Account in My Library.
  • Store credit doesn't expire while your account is open. If you close your account, any credit left on it is lost, so spend it first.
  • We can refund one book, several books from the same order, or just the shipping, depending on what went wrong.
  • A refunded ebook is removed from your library. A print copy we refund before it goes to print is canceled.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@booksoasis.com with your order number (it's in your confirmation email and your library) and a short description of the problem. We will reply with the outcome directly.
